Membership Terms

Members who join before v1 (currently 2026-09-01) are Founding Members. Your rate is $10/month, locked for life — and it's come-and-go: cancel and re-join whenever you like, and your $10 rate is always honored. It never expires and never goes up. From 2026-10-01, founders can also lock an annual plan at $100/year (≈2 months free).

The current standard-price hypothesis for members joining from v1 (2026-09-01) is $15/month, or $150/year once annual plans open (2026-10-01). It remains a hypothesis while billing is off; beta feedback and retention evidence must validate the package before payment collection begins.

• Alpha (through 2026-08-01): free, invite-only, building the public record.
• Private beta (2026-08-01): invite-only founding access; billing begins only when the site shows it as active.
• v1 (2026-09-01): planned $15/mo standard hypothesis; founders keep $10.
• Annual (2026-10-01): planned founders $100/yr and standard $150/yr hypotheses.

Billing is currently inactive, no payment method is required, and no subscription renews. Before billing is enabled, checkout must clearly disclose renewal, cancellation, tax, support, and refund terms. Founding Members keep their planned $10 rate on return.

Monthly and annual billing behavior, including the final refund policy, remains a pre-billing product and legal requirement. Sleepy Sharps will not silently activate billing based on a date or select a payment processor without an explicit release.

Sleepy Sharps provides sports data, model analysis, and picks for information and entertainment. We do not accept wagers, we are not a sportsbook, and nothing here is financial advice or a guarantee of profit. Every pick is graded in public — including losers — and while our calibration is being proven we show sides and prices only, without a probability or edge claim.

We collect your name, email, and phone to run your account and deliver picks. Data is stored encrypted and is never sold. You can request access or deletion anytime — email us and we'll remove your account and data.
